QS®'s "watchdog group" WILL be monitoring for any infractions! Part II Insurance: Although Quik Shave™ carries Product Liability Insurance, we may not be held responsible in a court of law for skin cuts (or lacerations) as a direct result of anyone who misuses this product. For example: Should you "slide" ANY razor blade right or left while it is in direct contact with your skin...you should know that this action will produce a painful and bleeding laceration. Another example of how a person might possibly hurt themselves (with any hard or sharply-designed object) is when you slip and fall upon such an object while standing upon a wet/slippery surface--such as while standing in a bathtub or shower during the bathing/showering process. But with a change in the law and aggressive undercover police efforts, authorities say brokers of illegitimate merchandise are now facing the real thing -- a felony charge and the possibility of being fitted with an authentic wardrobe of jail attire. The police have made multiple arrests using the new trademark counterfeiting statutes. Many of those arrested have been indicted by grand jurors and are expected to hear dozen's more of these types of cases in the long run.
